Dangerous Adventure 2 Walkthrough part 2 - Player Skills

There are seven skills for each color. You can double click to equip a skill in the Charlist screen. If both skill slots are filled, double clicking will replace the skill in the first slot with the newly selected one.

The first skill type in parenthesis shows how the skill works:
Active – skill icons will appear on the field next turn, and the effect of the skill activates when you play the stones with the icon.
Passive - skill icons will appear on the field next turn, and the effect of the skill only activates if the icons remain on the field at the end of that turn.
Instant – the skill takes effect immediately.

The second skill type in parenthesis (if any) shows what kind of skill it counts as when immunities are concerned.

A skill can only be used once per turn.

Blue Skills

Earth Force (Active)
Level 1: 170 power, each stone deals 20 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 205 power, each stone deals 35 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 240 power, each stone deals 50 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 275 power, each stone deals 65 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 310 power, each stone deals 80 damage to all enemies
Forget it, Magic Mine is simply better.

Healing Power (Passive)
Level 1: 180 power, each stone heals 10 HP
Level 2: 215 power, each stone heals 30 HP
Level 3: 250 power, each stone heals 60 HP
Level 4: 285 power, each stone heals 80 HP
Level 5: 320 power, each stone heals 120 HP
Best healing spell in the game, though you need to plan ahead a little.

Hypnosis (Instant, Change Line)
Level 1: 270 power, moves an enemy forward one line in formation
Level 2: 250 power, moves an enemy forward one line in formation
Level 3: 230 power, moves an enemy forward one line in formation
Level 4: 210 power, moves an enemy forward one line in formation
Level 5: 190 power, moves an enemy forward one line in formation

Magic Bolt (Instant, Direct Damage)
Level 1: 190 power, deals 80 damage to an enemy
Level 2: 210 power, deals 160 damage to an enemy
Level 3: 230 power, deals 240 damage to an enemy
Level 4: 250 power, deals 320 damage to an enemy
Level 5: 270 power, deals 400 damage to an enemy

Magic Channel (Active)
Level 1: 150 power, each stone adds 40 power
Level 2: 180 power, each stone adds 60 power
Level 3: 210 power, each stone adds 80 power
Level 4: 240 power, each stone adds 100 power
Level 5: 270 power, each stone adds 130 power
Only the hero who matches the stone’s color gains power.

Magic Mines (Passive)
Level 1: 190 power, each stone deals 20 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 230 power, each stone deals 35 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 270 power, each stone deals 50 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 310 power, each stone deals 65 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 350 power, each stone deals 80 damage to all enemies

Purifying (Instant)
Level 1: 270 power, removes 1 enemy queued action
Level 2: 250 power, removes 1 enemy queued action
Level 3: 230 power, removes 2 enemy queued actions
Level 4: 210 power, removes 2 enemy queued actions
Level 5: 190 power, removes 3 enemy queued actions

Yellow Skills

Blessed Land (Active)
Level 1: 160 power, each stone deals 50 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 195 power, each stone deals 70 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 230 power, each stone deals 90 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 265 power, each stone deals 110 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 300 power, each stone deals 130 damage to all enemies

Divine Protection (Instant)
Level 1: 190 power, adds 70 armor
Level 2: 230 power, adds 90 armor
Level 3: 270 power, adds 110 armor
Level 4: 210 power, adds 140 armor
Level 5: 350 power, adds 170 armor
Effectively extra HP that can go over your normal maximum. If Reflection is cast, Divine Protection replaces it.

Exorcism (Instant)
Level 1: 350 power, clears the field of all skill icons
Level 2: 330 power, clears the field of all skill icons
Level 3: 310 power, clears the field of all skill icons
Level 4: 290 power, clears the field of all skill icons
Level 5: 270 power, clears the field of all skill icons
This skill also clears beneficial skill icons, so be careful.

Healing Touch (Instant)
Level 1: 170 power, heals 60 HP
Level 2: 210 power, heals 90 HP
Level 3: 250 power, heals 120 HP
Level 4: 290 power, heals 160 HP
Level 5: 330 power, heals 200 HP
More costly than Healing Power, but can be a life-saver in a pinch.

Reflection (Instant)
Level 1: 190 power, reflects 50 damage
Level 2: 230 power, reflects 70 damage
Level 3: 270 power, reflects 90 damage
Level 4: 310 power, reflects 110 damage
Level 5: 350 power, reflects 130 damage
Acts as additional HP for your team, and always reflects full damage to the enemy.
Example:
An enemy does 100 damage to your team with level 1 Reflection. The Reflection is gone, your team takes 50 damage and the enemy takes 100 damage.
If Divine Protection is cast, Reflection replaces it.

Strengthening (Instant)
Level 1: 150 power, increase a hero's damage by 20%
Level 2: 170 power, increase a hero's damage by 40%
Level 3: 190 power, increase a hero's damage by 60%
Level 4: 210 power, increase a hero's damage by 80%
Level 5: 230 power, increase a hero's damage by 100%
Very useful against Bosses. Stacks additively with Fury.

Wrath of the Gods (Instant, Direct Damage)
Level 1: 170 power, deals 40 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 205 power, deals 60 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 240 power, deals 90 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 275 power, deals 110 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 310 power, deals 140 damage to all enemies

Red Skills

Contrition (Instant, Direct Damage)
Level 1: 120 power, deals 50 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 150 power, deals 80 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 180 power, deals 140 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 210 power, deals 180 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 240 power, deals 240 damage to all enemies

Fist of Fury (Instant)
Level 1: 110 power, destroys a 3 x 3 area
Level 2: 135 power, destroys an area of radius 2
Level 3: 160 power, destroys 4 3-tile tall columns with a 5-tile tall column in the middle
Level 4: 185 power, destroys a 5 x 5 area with the four corners cut off
Level 5: 210 power, destroys a 5 x 5 area
If the description of level 2-4 sounds confusing, see the illustration for the area destroyed.

Destroyed stones grant power and damage the enemies like normal attacks. Does not destroy obstacles. Great for getting rid of enemy passive skills.



Fury (Instant)
Level 1: 170 power, increase this hero's damage by 150%
Level 2: 180 power, increase this hero's damage by 180%
Level 3: 190 power, increase this hero's damage by 210%
Level 4: 200 power, increase this hero's damage by 240%
Level 5: 210 power, increase this hero's damage by 270%
Stacks additively with Strengthening.

Push (Instant, Change Line)
Level 1: 210 power, moves an enemy one line backwards in formation
Level 2: 195 power, moves an enemy one line backwards in formation
Level 3: 180 power, moves an enemy one line backwards in formation
Level 4: 165 power, moves an enemy one line backwards in formation
Level 5: 150 power, moves an enemy one line backwards in formation

Rude Shock (Instant, Direct Damage)
Level 1: 120 power, deals 100 damage to an enemy
Level 2: 150 power, deals 150 damage to an enemy
Level 3: 180 power, deals 250 damage to an enemy
Level 4: 210 power, deals 350 damage to an enemy
Level 5: 240 power, deals 500 damage to an enemy

Slash (Instant, Bleeding)
Level 1: 160 power, an enemy loses 20 HP each turn
Level 2: 180 power, an enemy loses 30 HP each turn
Level 3: 200 power, an enemy loses 80 HP each turn
Level 4: 220 power, an enemy loses 90 HP each turn
Level 5: 240 power, an enemy loses 110 HP each turn

Stunning (Instant, Slowdown)
Level 1: 250 power, an enemy is slowed for 1 turns
Level 2: 230 power, an enemy is slowed for 1 turns
Level 3: 210 power, an enemy is slowed for 1 turns
Level 4: 190 power, an enemy is slowed for 1 turns
Level 5: 170 power, an enemy is slowed for 2 turns

Green Skills

Ambush (Active)
Level 1: 160 power, 2 stones, attacks with all heroes
Level 2: 180 power, 3 stones, attacks with all heroes
Level 3: 200 power, 4 stones, attacks with all heroes
Level 4: 220 power, 5 stones, attacks with all heroes
Level 5: 240 power, 6 stones, attacks with all heroes
This is one of the most poorly explained skills. If you play X Ambush icons, all heroes will attack with (X times their Attack Multiplier) in addition to their normal attacks.

Distraction (Instant, Slowdown)
Level 1: 200 power, slows an enemy for 1 turn
Level 2: 215 power, slows an enemy for 1 turn
Level 3: 230 power, slows an enemy for 1 turn
Level 4: 245 power, slows an enemy for 2 turns
Level 5: 260 power, slows an enemy for 2 turns

Domestication (Instant)
Level 1: 210 power, attempts to tame a weakened enemy
Level 2: 250 power, attempts to tame a weakened enemy
Level 3: 290 power, attempts to tame a weakened enemy
Level 4: 330 power, attempts to tame a weakened enemy
Level 5: 370 power, attempts to tame a weakened enemy
The chance of success increases when the enemy is at low HP. If the attempt succeeds, the monster will follow the hero using this skill permanently and can be ordered to attack every few turns. Tamed monsters keep their attack power, do not use skills and usually attack less often. They can still attack when your hero is stunned. A hero can only have one tamed monster at a time.

Forest Wisdom (Active)
Level 1: 120 power, each stone gives 30 xp
Level 2: 145 power, each stone gives 110 xp
Level 3: 170 power, each stone gives 220 xp
Level 4: 195 power, each stone gives 350 xp
Level 5: 220 power, each stone gives 650 xp

Healing Herbs (Active)
Level 1: 120 power, each stone heals 10 HP
Level 2: 145 power, each stone heals 30 HP
Level 3: 170 power, each stone heals 50 HP
Level 4: 195 power, each stone heals 70 HP
Level 5: 220 power, each stone heals 100 HP

Neutralizing (Instant)
Level 1: 130 power, destroys 3 obstacles
Level 2: 160 power, destroys 4 obstacles
Level 3: 190 power, destroys 5 obstacles
Level 4: 220 power, destroys 6 obstacles
Level 5: 250 power, destroys 7 obstacles

Poison Ivy (Instant, Poison)
Level 1: 120 power, all enemies lose 15 HP per turn
Level 2: 145 power, all enemies lose 40 HP per turn
Level 3: 170 power, all enemies lose 75 HP per turn
Level 4: 195 power, all enemies lose 85 HP per turn
Level 5: 220 power, all enemies lose 95 HP per turn

Purple Skills

Blasting (Active)
Level 1: 170 power, 1 bomb destroys adjacent stones
Level 2: 200 power, 2 bombs destroy adjacent stones
Level 3: 230 power, 3 bombs destroy adjacent stones
Level 4: 260 power, 4 bombs destroy adjacent stones
Level 5: 290 power, 5 bombs destroy adjacent stones
Each bomb destroys a 3 x 3 area, centered at the bomb. Can also cause a chain reaction by detonating adjacent bombs. Bombs do not destroy obstacles.

Bleeding (Instant, Bleeding)
Level 1: 110 power, an enemy loses 20 HP per turn
Level 2: 125 power, an enemy loses 40 HP per turn
Level 3: 140 power, an enemy loses 60 HP per turn
Level 4: 155 power, an enemy loses 70 HP per turn
Level 5: 170 power, an enemy loses 100 HP per turn

Interrupt (Instant)
Level 1: 260 power, removes 1 enemy queued action
Level 2: 250 power, removes 1 enemy queued action
Level 3: 240 power, removes 2 enemy queued actions
Level 4: 230 power, removes 2 enemy queued actions
Level 5: 220 power, removes 3 enemy queued actions

Poisoning (Instant, Poison)
Level 1: 110 power, all enemies lose 10 HP per turn
Level 2: 130 power, all enemies lose 30 HP per turn
Level 3: 150 power, all enemies lose 40 HP per turn
Level 4: 170 power, all enemies lose 60 HP per turn
Level 5: 190 power, all enemies lose 90 HP per turn

Second Wind (Active)
Level 1: 150 power, 2 stones adding an extra move each
Level 2: 170 power, 3 stones adding an extra move each
Level 3: 190 power, 4 stones adding an extra move each
Level 4: 210 power, 5 stones adding an extra move each
Level 5: 230 power, 6 stones adding an extra move each

Substitution (Instant)
Level 1: 110 power, switch blocks on the field 1 time
Level 2: 140 power, switch blocks on the field 2 times
Level 3: 170 power, switch blocks on the field 3 times
Level 4: 200 power, switch blocks on the field 4 times
Level 5: 230 power, switch blocks on the field 5 times
Works well with Strengthening against Bosses.

Trap (Passive)
Level 1: 170 power, each stone deals 40 damage to all enemies
Level 2: 200 power, each stone deals 70 damage to all enemies
Level 3: 230 power, each stone deals 100 damage to all enemies
Level 4: 260 power, each stone deals 130 damage to all enemies
Level 5: 290 power, each stone deals 160 damage to all enemies
